1 General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and bajeev ("bajeev", "we", "us", "the Platform"). By accessing, registering on, or using any service provided through the bajeev website (https://bajeev.com), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

bajeev reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, we will notify registered users through the email address associated with their account or via an on-site notice. Your continued use of the bajeev platform following any such notification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are to be read in conjunction with bajeev's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into this agreement. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any other bajeev policy document, these Terms shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise.

The bajeev platform is operated for entertainment purposes and is intended solely for users who access it voluntarily and in full knowledge of the financial risks associated with online gambling. bajeev does not target, solicit, or encourage gambling among vulnerable individuals, minors, or persons for whom gambling may be harmful.

2 Account Registration

To access the full range of services offered by bajeev — including placing bets, playing casino games, and making deposits — you must register a personal account. Registration is free of charge and open to eligible individuals meeting the criteria set out below.

2.1 Eligibility Requirements

You are eligible to register a bajeev account only if all of the following conditions are satisfied:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. 18+
• You are not a resident of a jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law.
• You are acting on your own behalf, not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You do not already hold an existing active account with bajeev.
• You have not previously had a bajeev account closed due to a violation of these Terms.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or close family member of any employee of bajeev or its affiliated technology providers.

2.2 Accuracy of Registration Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any account balance.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

bajeev operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in accordance with standard industry practice. You may be required to submit identity verification documents — including a government-issued photo ID (National Identity Card, passport, or driving licence) and proof of address — before withdrawals are processed or at any point during the account lifecycle at bajeev's reasonable discretion.

Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in a temporary restriction on your account's withdrawal functionality. bajeev will not process withdrawals to unverified accounts where verification has been requested and not completed.

2.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify bajeev immediately at [email protected]. bajeev will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access where the player has failed to maintain adequate account security.

3 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the bajeev platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). bajeev supports a range of local payment methods to ensure accessibility for players across all divisions of Bangladesh.

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

The following payment methods are currently accepted for both deposits and withdrawals on bajeev:

• bKash — instant deposits; withdrawal processing within 15 minutes to 2 hours
• Nagad — instant deposits; withdrawal processing within 15 minutes to 2 hours
• Rocket (DBBL Mobile Banking) — same-day processing
• Upay — same-day processing

Payment method availability may vary and is subject to change. bajeev will notify users of any significant changes to available payment methods via the website or registered email address.

3.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit amount on bajeev is ৳200. There is no platform-imposed maximum deposit limit, although individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits. bajeev does not charge platform fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

3.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals will not be processed if the account has an outstanding active bonus with a wagering requirement that has not been fulfilled, unless you elect to forfeit the bonus balance prior to requesting withdrawal.

bajeev reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests exceeding certain thresholds. Such checks are conducted in accordance with our fraud prevention and anti-money-laundering obligations and may result in a temporary hold on the withdrawal pending satisfactory completion of the review.

3.4 Chargebacks & Disputed Transactions

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute through your bank or mobile financial service provider without first contacting bajeev's customer support team constitutes a breach of these Terms. Where a chargeback is initiated, bajeev reserves the right to immediately suspend the associated account pending investigation and to recover any funds disbursed in connection with the disputed transaction.

4 Bonus & Promotions

bajeev offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All promotions are subject to these general bonus terms in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time of the individual offer. In the event of a conflict between these general terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

4.1 Eligibility & Claiming

Bonuses are available to eligible registered players who meet the specific conditions of each promotion. Unless otherwise stated, welcome bonuses are available to new players making their first qualifying deposit. Existing player promotions are available to accounts in good standing that have not had deposits or withdrawals suspended.

Players who have opted into self-exclusion or who have active responsible gaming limits in place that conflict with the promotion requirements may not be eligible for certain offers. This restriction exists to protect players who have chosen to limit their gaming activity.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds credited to a player's account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier and eligible game contributions will be stated in the terms of each individual promotion. As a general guide:

4.3 Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to exploit bonus offers through irregular betting patterns, low-risk hedging strategies across multiple outcomes, or coordination with other players to fulfil wagering requirements artificially will be treated as bonus abuse. bajeev reserves the right to void bonus funds, cancel pending withdrawals, and close accounts where bonus abuse is identified. Decisions made by bajeev's risk team in this regard are final.

5 Game Rules & Betting

By participating in any game or placing any bet on the bajeev platform, you agree to be bound by the specific rules of that game or market. Where game rules are not explicitly displayed within the game interface, the standard industry rules for that game type shall apply.

5.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets placed on bajeev — including cricket (BPL, IPL, ICC T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers fixtures), football, kabaddi, and other available markets — are subject to the following conditions:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. bajeev does not guarantee the availability of any specific market or odds level.
• In-play (live) bets are subject to real-time odds fluctuations. Once accepted and confirmed, a bet cannot be amended or cancelled.
• If a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled before the minimum qualifying time has elapsed, bets will be voided and stakes returned unless otherwise specified in the market rules.
• bajeev reserves the right to void bets placed on a market where a palpable error in the odds has occurred (including pricing errors resulting from data feed failures).
• Maximum bet limits and payout caps apply per market and are displayed within the sportsbook interface.

5.2 Casino Games

Casino games available on bajeev — including live dealer tables from Evolution Gaming and Ezugi, slot titles from Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and others, and crash games from Spribe — are governed by the rules of the respective game provider. bajeev acts as a distributor of these games and does not control the game logic, RNG certification, or outcome determination, which remain the responsibility of the original game provider.

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session (including disconnection, game freeze, or server error), the game will be settled based on the last confirmed game state recorded on the provider's server. bajeev's decision regarding the settlement of games affected by technical issues is final.

5.3 Bet Integrity

bajeev takes match-fixing, spot-fixing, and betting fraud extremely seriously. Any account found to be placing bets based on insider information, participating in match manipulation, or acting in coordination with individuals involved in fixing sporting outcomes will be immediately suspended. All associated winnings will be voided and the matter may be referred to the relevant sporting authority.

6 User Obligations

As a registered user of the bajeev platform, you agree to use the service responsibly, lawfully, and in good faith at all times. The following obligations apply to all users without exception.

6.1 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bajeev platform:

• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to place bets, navigate the platform, or exploit game mechanics.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of any bajeev software or game content.
• Using a virtual private network (VPN) or other technical means to disguise your true geographic location or to circumvent access restrictions.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime through the bajeev platform.
• Harassing, abusing, or threatening bajeev staff or other platform users through any support or communication channel.
• Posting or transmitting any content that is defamatory, obscene, offensive, or in violation of applicable law through any bajeev communication channel.
• Attempting to access another player's account or any restricted area of the bajeev platform without authorisation.

6.2 Player Responsibility

You acknowledge that online gambling carries inherent financial risk. You agree that all funds deposited and wagered on bajeev are funds that you can afford to lose without material adverse effect on your financial circumstances. bajeev strongly encourages all players to use the responsible gaming tools available within their account and to set limits that reflect their personal financial situation.

7 Account Suspension & Closure

bajeev reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of these Terms has occurred, or where continued operation of the account poses a risk to the platform's integrity, security, or compliance obligations.

7.1 Grounds for Suspension or Closure

Without limiting bajeev's general rights, the following circumstances may result in account suspension or permanent closure:

• Provision of false, inaccurate, or fraudulent registration or KYC information.
• Operation of multiple accounts in breach of the one-account policy.
• Engaging in bonus abuse, matched betting through bonus exploitation, or coordinated multi-account bonus farming.
• Suspected or confirmed involvement in match-fixing, fraud, or money laundering.
• Failure to complete mandatory KYC verification within a reasonable period after being requested to do so.
• Use of prohibited software or automated betting tools.
• Player-initiated self-exclusion request.
• Regulatory or legal obligation requiring bajeev to restrict or terminate the account.

7.2 Account Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your bajeev account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a closure request, bajeev will process any pending withdrawal of your remaining account balance (subject to KYC verification and the absence of any active bonus wagering requirements) within the standard processing timeframe before closing the account. Accounts closed at the player's request may be reopened upon written request, subject to bajeev's discretion and standard identity verification procedures.

7.3 Consequences of Closure for Breach

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, bajeev reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance, void any pending bets or bonus credits, and permanently bar the individual from registering a new account on the platform. bajeev may also take such further action as it considers appropriate, including reporting the matter to relevant authorities.

8 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bajeev's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with the platform, these Terms, or any service provided thereunder shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the player into their bajeev account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8.1 Exclusions

bajeev shall not be liable — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — for any of the following, even if advised of the possibility of such losses:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated winnings.
• Loss of data, goodwill, or reputation.
• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses of any kind.
• Losses arising from platform downtime, maintenance windows, or technical failures outside of bajeev's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from a player's failure to maintain adequate account security.
• Losses arising from changes in applicable law that affect the legality of gambling activity in a player's jurisdiction.

8.2 Platform Availability

bajeev makes reasonable efforts to ensure that the platform is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and reserve the right to take the platform offline for scheduled maintenance, emergency repairs, or circumstances beyond our control including internet infrastructure failures, force majeure events, and actions of third-party service providers. No compensation will be payable to players for losses incurred during platform downtime except where such downtime was the direct and sole cause of a demonstrable financial loss to the player.

8.3 Third-Party Game Providers

Games hosted on the bajeev platform that are developed and operated by third-party providers (including but not limited to Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe) are subject to those providers' own terms of service and technical standards. bajeev does not accept liability for errors, interruptions, or malfunctions originating from third-party game provider systems, though we will use reasonable endeavours to facilitate resolution on the player's behalf where a legitimate dispute arises.
